Refund policy

We understand that sometimes the size, color, or simply the feel of a product may not meet your expectations. That’s completely okay. That’s why we’ve made our return process simple and stress-free.

You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

We accept returns for both full-value products and defective items. Returned products must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please always send your package with a tracking number so nothing gets lost along the way.

Need an exchange?
No problem. If you need a different size or color, simply email us and we’ll gladly help you choose the best option.

Refunds
Once your returned package has arrived and everything is in order, we will issue your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take a few extra days to process the transfer.

If something went wrong
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us at support@vouraco.com, include your order number, and attach photos of the issue. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
